FarmtoFuel offers rice husk pellets from Vietnam as an alternative for fossil coal and wood pellets to power plants in Europe, thereby promoting a greener and more sustainable future. We provide a secure and stable supply chain, with selected suppliers from Vietnam’s Mekong Delta.
The main biomass product of FarmtoFuel is the Rice Husk Pellet (RHP), made from agri-waste, the outer husk of rice grains.
RHP’s are produced by extruding rice husk under high pressure in standard pellet mills.
The husk is efficiently converted into a consistent biomass product readily available in large volumes at a low cost.
The Mekong Delta generates 8 million ton of rice husk annually. FarmtoFuel has contracted 4 exclusive pelletizing plants with annual available volumes up to 300,000 tons of RHP.
Inland waterways are used for bulk barges, reaching Ho Chi Minh deep seaport in 1.5 days. Then mid-river loading into 30,000-50,000 ton bulk vessels at Ho Chi Minh deep seaport
